1. Contribute to the growth of sales revenue and market share within the designated area.
2. Conduct in-depth training sessions for team members on brand DNA and product lines.
3. Engage in regular store animations with a focus on market share and volume targets.
4. Ensure adherence to Guerlain's internal processes, including stock management and merchandising.
5. Foster strong partnerships with sector managers and provide regular reports on market insights.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Retail, or related field.
2. Previous experience in retail, preferably within the beauty industry.
3. Intermediate proficiency in English.
4. Valid driver's license and willingness to work on Sundays.
