1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values to clients and colleagues.
2. Achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional customer service under the guidance of the Retail Manager.
3. Contribute to revenue growth and market share expansion within the designated area.
4. Conduct in-depth training sessions for teams on all product lines and brand DNA.
5. Organize and lead regional training sessions, supporting the national team.
6. Coordinate regular in-store animations to boost market share and franchise volume.
7. Ensure compliance with internal processes, including stock management and merchandising standards.
8. Establish strong partnerships with sector managers and provide regular reports on market conditions.
9. Participate in sales seminars and training sessions, maintaining active communication with the French management committee.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Prior experience in retail is required.
3. Knowledge of aesthetics is preferred.
4. Intermediate proficiency in English.
5. Valid driver's license (Category B).
6. Willingness to travel within the designated area.
