1. Drive sales growth and increase market share within the designated area.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance of flagship stores in collaboration with sector managers.
3. Conduct regular financial reviews with store and department managers.

5. Coach and develop team members, including freelancers, to uphold brand excellence.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Previous experience in retail, preferably within the luxury sector.
3. Intermediate proficiency in English.
4. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
