- Manage customer-related topics and services to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with customer development plans.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to achieve sales volume and value targets.
- Develop sales volumes and values, ensuring sustainable profitability within the sales area.
- Utilize budgets and support instruments to meet area targets in line with corporate guidelines.
- Execute brand marketing activations, visibility, and merchandising guidelines with customers.
- Negotiate and ensure optimal product placements in stores.
- Monitor budgets such as A&P and T&E.
- Implement and support customer events in collaboration with the marketing department and brand guidelines.
- Handle allocations, customer complaints, claims, and approved returns professionally.
- Supervise and report KPIs and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute customer visits, including preparation, follow-up, and documentation.
- Maximize the use of sales force tools.
- Recruit, manage, motivate, support, and coach the team of Beauty Consultants (BCs).
- Ensure product-specific goals such as listings and distribution expansion are met.
- Regularly visit points of sale, adhering to Sales Department rules.
- Supervise stock levels, merchandising, and presentation of Guerlain products at points of sale.
- Conduct in-store training for multibrand and Guerlain Beauty Consultants, including product training and onboarding of newcomers.
- Identify training needs per point of sale and gather feedback for the training, marketing, and sales departments.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
