- Manage customer-related topics and services to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with customer development plans.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to achieve sales volume and value targets.
- Develop sales volumes and sustainable profitability within the sales area.
- Utilize budgets and support instruments effectively to meet area targets in line with corporate guidelines.
- Execute brand marketing activations and ensure brand visibility and merchandising guidelines are followed.
- Negotiate and secure optimal product placements in stores.
- Monitor and manage budgets such as A&P and T&E.
- Implement and support customer events in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Handle allocations, customer complaints, claims, and other supply-related topics professionally.
- Supervise and report on KPIs and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute customer visits with thorough preparation and documentation.
- Maximize the use of sales force tools.
- Recruit, manage, motivate, and coach the team of Beauty Consultants (BCs).
- Achieve product-specific goals such as listings and distribution expansion.
- Regularly visit points of sale, adhering to established sales department rules.
- Supervise stock levels, merchandising, and presentation of Guerlain products at points of sale.
- Conduct in-store training for multibrand and Guerlain Beauty Consultants, including product and sales method training.
- Identify individual and team training needs for deeper training at points of sale.
- Gather feedback on training and communicate it to the training, marketing, and sales departments.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
