- Manage all customer-related topics and services to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with customer development plans.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships within the sales area to meet sales volume and value targets.
- Develop sales volumes and values, ensuring sustainable profitability within the designated sales area.
- Utilize budgets and support instruments effectively to achieve area targets in accordance with corporate guidelines and sales strategies.
- Execute brand marketing activations, ensuring brand visibility and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
- Negotiate and secure optimal product placements in stores.
- Monitor and manage budgets, including A&P and T&E.
- Implement and support customer events in collaboration with the marketing department and brand guidelines.
- Handle allocations, customer complaints, claims, approved returns, and other supply-related topics professionally.
- Supervise and report on KPIs and competitor activities regularly.
- Plan and execute customer visits, including preparation, follow-up, and documentation, using sales and planning data.
- Maximize the use of all available sales force tools.
- Recruit, manage, motivate, support, and coach the team of Beauty Consultants (BCs).
- Achieve product-specific goals such as listings and distribution expansion in line with channel strategy.
- Regularly visit points of sale, adhering to established sales department rules.
- Supervise stock levels, merchandising, and presentation of Guerlain products at points of sale.
- Conduct in-store training for multi-brand and Guerlain Beauty Consultants, including product training and merchandising.
- Onboard and train newcomers in basic training and sales methods.
- Identify individual and team training needs for deeper training at points of sale.
- Gather feedback on all training sessions and communicate it to the training, marketing, and sales departments.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
