1. Ensure the development of sales revenue while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
2. Deliver a unique and sincere customer experience, fostering client loyalty and expanding both local and international clientele.
3. Engage with customer satisfaction surveys and propose actionable plans based on feedback.
4. Apply the 'Dare to Bee Premium' sales method and proactively utilize the Bee Guerlain training tool.
5. Achieve and monitor individual and collective sales targets.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

8. Participate in team meetings and share insights.
9. Adhere to operational processes to ensure the smooth functioning of the boutique.
10. Maintain retail excellence through compliance with sales procedures, including cash handling, store presentation, merchandising, and stock management.
11. Uphold grooming standards, including uniform, makeup, hairstyle, and manicure.

1. BTS level education or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
2. Familiarity with point-of-sale management applications is advantageous.
3. Results-oriented with a strong service orientation in a luxury environment.
4. Excellent listening and advisory skills.
5. Dynamic, empathetic, and exemplary in attitude and presentation.
6. Strong team spirit and respect for confidentiality.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar sales role within the luxury sector is required.

BTS level education or equivalent.
