4. Provide personalized services such as makeup, skincare consultations, and storytelling.
5. Foster customer loyalty and expand both local and international clientele using available tools.
6. Prepare for future needs through clienteling, phoning, and in-store events.

8. Apply the 'Dare to Bee' sales method using the Bee Guerlain training tool.
9. Achieve and monitor individual and collective sales targets and KPIs.
10. Stay informed about industry news and competitors.
11. Promote teamwork and participate in team briefings.
12. Ensure the store operates smoothly by following established processes.
13. Maintain the store's appearance and adhere to retail excellence standards.
14. Respect grooming standards including uniform, makeup, and personal presentation.

1. BTS level education with prior experience in a similar role.
2. Fluency in English is essential.
