1. Serve as an ambassador for Guerlain, embodying and conveying the brand's values to clients.
2. Develop the boutique's revenue while ensuring exemplary customer service.
3. Deliver a unique customer experience through sincere engagement and personalized service, including makeup, skincare, and fragrance consultations.
4. Cultivate and expand a loyal customer base, utilizing available tools and resources.
5. Participate in customer satisfaction initiatives and propose action plans.
6. Apply the 'Dare to Bee' sales method and utilize the Bee Guerlain training tool.
7. Monitor and achieve individual and collective sales targets, including revenue, market share, and retail KPIs.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
9. Promote teamwork and embody Guerlain's values within the team.
10. Ensure adherence to boutique processes for optimal operation.
11. Contribute to the boutique's overall presentation and harmony, respecting retail excellence and sales procedures.
12. Maintain grooming standards, including uniform, makeup, hairstyle, and manicure.

1. BTS level education with prior experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in English is essential.

3. Strong service orientation in a luxury environment.
4. Effective listening and advisory skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and familiarity with point-of-sale management applications is advantageous.
6. Dynamic, empathetic, and exemplary in procedure application, attitude, presentation, and communication.
7. Team spirit and confidentiality adherence.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

BTS level education.
