Guerlain Sales Advisor

- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values to clients.
- Develop and enhance the boutique's sales while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Deliver a unique customer experience by creating genuine connections and embodying the 'Guerlain promise'.
- Provide personalized service through active listening and tailored recommendations, including makeup, skincare, and fragrance consultations.
- Foster customer loyalty and expand both local and international clientele using available tools and resources.
- Prepare for future needs through clienteling, phoning, and event planning.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction surveys and propose action plans.
- Apply the 'Dare to Bee' sales method and utilize the Bee Guerlain training tool.
- Achieve and monitor individual and collective sales targets, market share, and retail KPIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Promote teamwork and embody Guerlain's values within the team.
- Participate in and lead briefings and adhere to boutique processes for optimal operation.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and adhere to retail excellence and sales procedures.
- Comply with grooming standards, including uniform, makeup, hairstyle, and manicure.
- CAP/BTS in Aesthetics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Innate customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with a passion for sales and challenges.
- Service-oriented mindset in a luxury environment.
- Strong listening and advisory capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and familiarity with point-of-sale management applications is advantageous.
- Dynamic, empathetic, and exemplary in procedure application, attitude, presentation, and speech.
- Team spirit and respect for confidentiality.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar sales advisory role, preferably in the luxury sector.
CAP/BTS in Aesthetics or equivalent.
Opportunity to work in a prestigious location at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann with a schedule of 28 hours over 4 days from Thursday to Sunday.
