1. Act as an ambassador of Guerlain, embodying and conveying the brand's values to clients.
2. Develop the store's sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
3. Create a unique and personalized customer experience through active listening and tailored services.
4. Build and maintain a loyal customer base, both local and international.
5. Prepare for future customer needs through clienteling and promotional activities.
6. Contribute to customer satisfaction surveys and propose action plans.
7. Apply the 'Dare to Bee' sales method and utilize the Bee Guerlain training tool.
8. Achieve and monitor individual and collective sales targets.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
10. Promote teamwork and embody Guerlain's values within the team.
11. Participate in team meetings and apply established processes for store operations.
12. Maintain the store's appearance and adhere to retail excellence standards.

1. CAP/BTS in Aesthetics or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a similar role required.
3. Fluency in English is essential.

2. Result-oriented with a passion for sales and challenges.
3. Strong service orientation in a luxury environment.
4. Listening and advisory skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and familiarity with retail management applications.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.

CAP/BTS in Aesthetics or equivalent.

Work location at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, 28 hours per week, Thursday to Sunday.
