- Act as an ambassador for Guerlain, embodying and conveying the brand's values to clients.
- Collaborate with store managers to drive sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Deliver a unique customer experience by creating genuine connections and providing personalized service, including makeup, skincare, and fragrance consultations.
- Develop and retain a regular clientele while expanding the local and international customer base through available tools and resources.
- Engage in proactive clienteling activities such as client outreach and in-store events.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs by employing the 'Dare to Bee' sales method and utilizing the Bee Guerlain training tool.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Foster teamwork and embody Guerlain's values within the team.
- Participate in and lead team briefings, ensuring adherence to store processes and procedures.
- Maintain store excellence in merchandising, stock management, and customer service.
- Adhere to grooming standards, including uniform, makeup, and overall presentation.
- BTS level education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Innate customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a passion for sales and challenges.
- Strong listening and advisory capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of retail management software is a plus.
- Dynamic, empathetic, and exemplary in following procedures and maintaining presentation standards.
- Team-oriented with a respect for confidentiality.
Previous experience in a similar sales role within the luxury sector is required.
BTS level education or equivalent.
