- Execute the commercial plan by taking orders, negotiating sales agreements, and managing payment terms and conditions.

- Ensure optimal stock management and product portfolio strategy at points of sale, including the introduction of new products.

- Continuously assess and elevate distribution strategies.
- Strong sales background in the beauty industry or retail sector.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Business acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities for the brand.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive team player with high reliability and integrity.
- Strong influencing skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel, with a valid driving license.
Beginner level experience in sales or related fields within the beauty industry.
