- Manage and develop sales within the assigned territory of Milan, Parma, and Lombardia to achieve specific sell-out targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with retailers, ensuring effective negotiation and implementation of marketing and commercial plans.
- Execute the commercial plan by taking orders, negotiating sales agreements, and managing payment terms and conditions.
- Oversee the implementation of trade marketing plans and ensure alignment with brand strategies.
- Prepare monthly reports and dashboards on retail and product sales KPIs, including market analysis and sales evolution per location.
- Ensure optimal stock management and product portfolio strategy at points of sale, including the introduction of new products.
