- Manage an assigned territory (Campania, Puglia, Basilicata) to achieve specific sell-out targets and enhance brand positioning.
- Cultivate and negotiate relationships with retailers, ensuring alignment with marketing and commercial strategies to optimize economic impact and ROI.
- Execute and oversee the commercial plan, including order taking, sales agreement negotiation, and payment term management.
- Supervise trade marketing plan implementation and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in visual merchandising.
- Prepare monthly reports and dashboards on retail and product sales KPIs, including market analysis and sales evolution per retail location.
- Ensure optimal stock management and product portfolio strategy at points of sale, including the introduction of new products and innovations.
- Continuously assess and elevate distribution strategies.
- Strong sales background and negotiation skills in the beauty industry or retail.
- Business acumen with the ability to identify and seize new opportunities for the brand.
- Willingness to travel, with a valid driving license.
- Fluency in English.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive team player with high reliability and integrity.
- Strong influencing skills and results-oriented mindset.
Entry-level experience in sales within the beauty industry or retail sector.
