1. Manage an assigned territory (Campania, Puglia, Basilicata) to achieve specific sell-out targets and enhance brand positioning.
2. Cultivate and negotiate relationships with retailers, ensuring alignment with marketing and commercial strategies to optimize economic impact and ROI.
3. Execute and oversee the commercial plan, including order taking, sales agreement negotiation, and payment term management.
4. Supervise trade marketing plan implementation and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in visual merchandising.
5. Prepare monthly reports and dashboards on retail and product sales KPIs, including market analysis and sales evolution per retail location.
6. Ensure optimal stock management and product portfolio strategy at points of sale, including the introduction of new products and innovations.
7. Continuously assess and elevate distribution strategies.

1. Strong sales background and negotiation skills in the beauty industry or retail.
2. Business acumen with the ability to identify and seize new opportunities for the brand.
3. Willingness to travel, with a valid driving license.
4. Fluency in English.
