Guerlain Safety and Environment Engineer Intern

- Identify primary risks in packaging and manufacturing workshops and draft safety sheets for specific positions.
- Participate in updating the Occupational Risk Assessment Document (DUERP).
- Update the ATEX (explosive atmosphere) risk analysis in manufacturing workshops and the DRPCE.
- Conduct training sessions on safety induction, chemical risks, and ATEX risks.
- Perform competitive and technological monitoring on waste treatment, focusing on internal recycling, technical innovations, and circular economy.
- Evaluate the feasibility of recycling currently incinerated plastic materials, including researching recycling channels, organizing collection in workshops, and managing associated logistics.
- Identify and implement solutions to reduce waste treatment costs.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering (Bac +5).
- Proactive, autonomous, and well-organized with strong initiative-taking abilities.
- Technical aptitude and recognized teamwork and project management skills.
- Interest and sensitivity towards environmental issues and the luxury cosmetics sector.
