1. Advise and sell products according to the sales ceremony, ensuring excellent customer service.
2. Possess in-depth knowledge of the brand's product features.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Enhance brand loyalty and awareness among consumers.
5. Check stock and materials necessary for promotional activities and animations.
6. Maintain and ensure the brand image according to Merchandising Department guidelines.
7. Foster positive relationships with store teams during visits.
8. Complete reports and documentation accurately and on schedule.
9. Monitor and report on competitor activities, including special actions, launches, and discounts.
10. Provide feedback on actions taken, proposing improvements and new animations or tools.

1. Available to travel at least 80% of the time.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales within selective perfumery and cosmetics brands.
3. High proficiency in English.
4. Valid driver's license.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the beauty retail sector.

Secondary education or vocational training in Aesthetics. A degree in Aesthetics and/or Makeup is desirable.
