1. Advise and sell products according to the sales ceremony, ensuring excellent customer service.
2. Possess in-depth knowledge of the brand's product features.
3. Follow and achieve set sales targets.
4. Enhance brand loyalty and awareness among consumers.
5. Check stock and materials necessary for promotional actions and animations.
6. Ensure and maintain the brand's image in accordance with Merchandising Department guidelines (shelves, POS materials, gift sets, etc.).
7. Foster positive relationships with store teams during visits.
8. Complete requested reports and submissions accurately and on schedule.
9. Monitor and report on competitor activities (special actions, launches, discounts, etc.).
10. Provide feedback on actions undertaken, proposing improvements and new animations or tools to implement.

1. Available to travel at least 80% of the time.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales within selective perfumery and cosmetics brands.
3. High level of English proficiency.
4. Valid driver's license.

3. Proficiency in product knowledge and brand representation.
4. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
5. Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.

At least 3 years of experience in retail sales within the selective perfumery and cosmetics industry is required.

EGB, Bachillerato, or FP in Aesthetics. A degree in Aesthetics and/or Makeup is desirable.
