1. Advise and sell products according to the established sales ceremony, ensuring excellent customer service.
2. Possess in-depth knowledge of brand product features.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Enhance brand loyalty and awareness among consumers.
5. Verify stock and materials necessary for promotional actions and animations.
6. Maintain the brand image in accordance with Merchandising Department guidelines.
7. Foster positive relationships with store teams during visits.
8. Complete required reports and documentation accurately and on schedule.
9. Monitor and report on competitor activities including special actions, launches, and discounts.
10. Provide feedback on executed actions, suggesting improvements and new animations or tools.

1. Available to travel at least 80% of the time.
2. Education: EGB, Bachillerato, or FP in Aesthetics. A degree in Aesthetics and/or Makeup is desirable.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales within selective perfumery and cosmetics brands.
4. High proficiency in English.
