1. Advise and sell products following the sales ceremony, ensuring excellent customer service.
2. Possess in-depth knowledge of the brand's product features.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Enhance brand loyalty and awareness among consumers.
5. Check stock and materials necessary for promotional activities and animations.
6. Maintain the brand image according to merchandising guidelines (displays, POS materials, gift sets, etc.).
7. Foster positive relationships with store teams during visits.
8. Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner.
9. Monitor and report on competitor activities (special actions, launches, discounts, etc.).
10. Provide feedback on actions taken and propose improvements and new animations or tools for implementation.

1. Available to travel at least 80% of the time.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales within selective perfumery and cosmetics brands.

1. High proficiency in English.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
4. Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales within selective perfumery and cosmetics brands is required.

Secondary education, vocational training in Aesthetics. A qualification in Aesthetics and/or Makeup is desirable.
