Guerlain Retail Team Leader

- Work closely with Counter Managers, Area Managers, and the Training Team to identify opportunities within retail partners' services.
- Expertise in make-up with in-depth skincare knowledge.
- Broad understanding of the connection between skincare and fragrance.
- Creative application skills and awareness of current trends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with regional teams.
