Guerlain Retail Team Leader

- Strengthen market share and brand awareness in the designated region.
- Enhance the brand's beauty profile and future positioning.
- Assist in onboarding new team members in collaboration with the training team and Area Manager.
- Coach and mentor team members on the shop floor.
- Support the Area Manager in business-related duties.
- Drive and grow KPIs, ensuring monthly targets are met per store.
- Lead beauty event activation projects and deliver measurable results.
- Enhance skincare and make-up expertise through regular store visits and one-on-one development coaching.
- Identify and nurture talent within the team.
- Motivate Beauty Consultants with tutorials and workshops, sharing best practices.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and Training team to determine training needs.
- Support new recruits with ordering platforms and digital input of schedules and reporting.
- Implement coaching on brand selling ceremonies and best practices.
- Work closely with Counter Managers, Area Managers, and the Training Team to identify opportunities within retail partners' services.
- Expertise in make-up with in-depth skincare knowledge.
- Broad understanding of the connection between skincare and fragrance.
- Creative application skills and awareness of current trends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with regional teams.
- Creative application of make-up and skincare.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the beauty industry.
