- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring adherence to processes such as store openings, closures, security, and maintenance.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of stores, organizing regulatory checks for fire safety and electrical systems.
- Prepare security commissions with service providers and authorities.
- Manage renovation, opening, and construction projects, focusing on planning, budgeting, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance of installations with accessibility, safety, and ERP standards, updating administrative records.
- Propose improvements for store ergonomics, tools, and procedures, and participate in process optimization.
- Implement, maintain, and evolve IT applications and hardware, including Cylande, Vision Area, Skindiag, and network equipment.
- Provide support to retail teams for application bugs and hardware or network incidents.
- Document internal control procedures and manage IT risk identification and mitigation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on retail operations.
- Proficiency in IT systems and applications relevant to retail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with various stakeholders.
