Guerlain Retail Operations Intern

- Support the Senior Retail Manager in developing communication tools for sharing sales data with the retail team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance presentations.
- Assist in creating effective incentive plans based on marketing and business needs.
- Coordinate, verify, and communicate incentive results to the sales team monthly.
- Conduct weekly visits to points of sale to ensure counter and boutique needs are met.
- Monitor key retail KPIs and provide quantitative reports to the Senior Retail Manager.
- Review retail team productivity and identify coaching and training needs.
- Ensure dissemination of new product launch information to the retail team.
- Prepare comprehensive decks for new launches in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
- Foster a positive and synergistic team environment.
- Lead the execution of mystery shopping initiatives.
- Provide feedback to the retail team on key learnings and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the execution of in-store events, ensuring high service standards.
- Lead CRM tool campaigns to enhance retail staff relationships with Guerlain members and boost sales.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop a high clienteling network by analyzing customer databases.
- Assist stores with logistics and administration, including weekly deliveries.
- Facilitate inter-store transfers and product replenishment.
- Support event logistics, such as client registration and product packing.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales analysis on Guerlain's performance.
- Generate monthly boutique and competitor reports.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship from January to June 2026.
- Organized, autonomous, with a strong sense of initiative and advanced analytical skills.
- Data-sensitive, logical, and detail-oriented.
- Versatile, curious, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
