1. Support the Senior Retail Manager in creating communication tools for sharing sales data with the retail team.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance presentations.
3. Assist in developing effective incentive plans aligned with marketing and business needs.
4. Coordinate, verify, and communicate incentive results to the sales team monthly.
5. Conduct weekly visits to points of sale to ensure counter and boutique needs are met.
6. Monitor key retail KPIs and provide quantitative reports to the Senior Retail Manager.
7. Review retail team productivity and assess coaching and training needs.
8. Ensure dissemination of new product launch information to the retail team.
9. Prepare presentations for new launches in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
10. Foster a positive and synergistic team environment.
11. Lead mystery shopping execution and communicate key learnings to the retail team.
12. Assist in-store events, ensuring high service levels and perfect execution.
13. Lead CRM tool campaigns to enhance retail staff relationships and increase sales.
14. Create campaigns based on marketing and business priorities.
15. Ensure customer focus lists are well-defined and monitor campaign performance.
16. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop a high clienteling network.
17. Assist stores with logistics and administration, including weekly deliveries.
18. Facilitate inter-store transfers and product replenishment.
19. Support events with client registration and packaging.
20. Provide weekly and monthly sales analysis on Guerlain’s performance.
21. Generate monthly boutique and competitor reports.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship from January to June 2026.

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Previous experience in the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors is advantageous.
