Guerlain Retail Operations Executive

- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Support the Area Manager in ensuring accurate product sell-in to all stores.
- Coordinate promotions and events with departmental stores.
- Liaise with department store managers to create vouchers.
- Execute pre- and post-activation events across all stores.
- Ensure 100% compliance with operational standards.
- Visit stores for pre-activation briefings and provide necessary support.
- Collate and tabulate commissions, ensuring timely submission by all stores.
- Serve as the direct point of contact for IT issues at stores.
- Conduct regular store visits for audits and operational support.
- Manage POSM requisition and liaise with the Marketing team for activations.
- Conduct audit checks for SOP compliance and report inconsistencies.
- Ensure timely raising of Purchase Orders and manage budget for non-sellable items.
- Support inventory management during stock counts.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Perform administrative duties at the boutique twice a week.
- Support the Retail Manager during yearly kick-offs and sales cycles.
- Assist in team-building sessions and ensure training registration is completed.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Prior experience in retail operations is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations or a related field.
