- Develop and implement the brand's growth strategy across the French retail network, focusing on brand image elevation and sustainable profitability.
- Manage and enhance the retail network's processes to ensure exceptional sales focus and customer service.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including finance, HR, supply chain, and marketing.
- Construct sales forecasts and objectives, and monitor performance through key quantitative and qualitative indicators.
- Analyze business operations and implement action plans to drive activity growth.
- Ensure compliance with operational, sales, and stock management procedures.
- Oversee budget management and profitability tracking within the assigned scope.
- Maintain strategic oversight of market needs and resources to achieve objectives.
- Ensure excellence in customer experience and satisfaction in line with Guerlain's standards.
- Implement merchandising directives and collaborate with Trade Marketing for effective network animation.
- Deploy CRM strategies and monitor associated KPIs in collaboration with the Digital team.
- Develop and manage private clientele relationships, including VIP treatment plans and B2B partnerships.
- Lead and develop retail teams, including recruitment, integration, and individual training paths.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop plans to address identified growth areas.
- Foster a culture of best practice sharing across the retail network.
- Ensure effective communication of strategic and operational information to teams.
- Oversee the managerial development program and ensure inter-network mobility.
- Maintain a strong field presence, spending four out of five days on-site.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail within the perfume, cosmetics, fashion, or accessory sectors.
- Proven experience in managing retail teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably from a business school.
- Ability to lead change management initiatives.
- Excellent 360-degree communication skills.
