- Implement and support a comprehensive 360° retail marketing plan aligned with seasonal trends and product launches, including trade activations and events such as masterclasses and in-store events.
- Coordinate events to enhance customer loyalty and acquisition, particularly targeting Very Important Clients (VICs), by offering unique customer experiences.
- Research and establish partnerships with entities such as LVMH brands, hotels, and art galleries that align with Guerlain's brand image.
- Develop and monitor quantitative and qualitative reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure optimal customer database retention through various CRM tools, including mailings, clienteling applications, and loyalty programs.
- Create and dispatch email campaigns in French and Dutch for key launches and events.
- Enhance and optimize the Guerlain database for improved campaign targeting.
- Define and manage the clienteling calendar, creating and configuring campaigns on the dedicated application.
- Develop and send targeted tactical activations to prestige clients both offline and online.
- Manage and organize various assets in collaboration with Guerlain's headquarters team.
- Provide support for after-sales service inquiries, including customer exchanges and product returns.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with Dutch as an optional advantage.
- University degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer-oriented with a keen eye for detail and product sensitivity.
- Organized, structured, and committed with a rigorous and enthusiastic approach.
- Proactive and reactive, demonstrating initiative with a customer and results-oriented mindset.
- Autonomous and flexible, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of priority.
- Creative with an aesthetic sense aligned with Guerlain's brand image.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a developed team spirit.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in retail marketing and CRM within the luxury sector is preferred.
University degree required.
The internship offers a six-month program from July 2026 to January 2027, providing valuable professional experience in a stimulating work environment with a positive team spirit and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
