Guerlain Retail Marketing & CRM Assistant Intern

- Implement and support a comprehensive 360° retail marketing plan aligned with seasonal trends and product launches, including trade activations and events.
- Coordinate and execute events such as masterclasses and workshops to enhance customer loyalty and acquisition, focusing on Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Identify and establish partnerships with brands and venues that align with Guerlain's image, including LVMH brands, hotels, and art galleries.
- Develop and monitor quantitative and qualitative reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure optimal customer database retention through CRM tools, including mailings, clienteling applications, and loyalty programs.
- Create and distribute email campaigns to the Guerlain Belux database in French and Dutch, covering key launches and events.
- Enhance and segment the Guerlain database for targeted campaign optimization.
- Define and schedule clienteling campaigns on the dedicated application.
- Develop and execute targeted activations for prestige clients both online and offline.
- Manage and organize various assets in collaboration with Guerlain's headquarters team.
- Support after-sales service requests, including customer exchanges and handling defective product returns.
- Bilingual in French and English, with Dutch as an optional asset.
- University degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer-oriented with a keen eye for detail and product sensitivity.
- Organized, structured, and committed with strong perseverance and enthusiasm.
- Proactive and reactive, demonstrating initiative and customer service orientation.
- Autonomous and flexible, capable of managing multiple projects with prioritization skills.
- Creative with an aesthetic sense aligned with the brand's image.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Beginner level experience required, ideally in a related field.
University degree required.
The internship offers a six-month program from January to July 2026, providing valuable professional experience in a stimulating work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
