Guerlain Retail Manager

- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating brand values at the point of sale.
- Enhance and maintain brand image in-store, executing merchandising according to guidelines and optimizing product placement.
- Manage point-of-sale materials for events, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- Capture orders for testers based on store potential.
- Report on stock levels, sales analysis, and competitor activities as required by management.
- Coordinate and motivate store teams.
- Plan and execute store visit schedules.
- Collaborate with delegates and departments to achieve brand objectives in line with annual retailer plans.
- Monitor and report on the fulfillment of commercial agreements with delegates.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge to train and engage store staff, promoting the use of online training platforms.
- Conduct product training sessions to enhance brand engagement and improve customer experience.
- Support product sales during key commercial periods and launches, achieving promotional objectives and increasing market share.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury perfumery and cosmetics.
- Experience in managing retail teams and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Desirable proficiency in English.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel.
- Dynamic and proactive with a customer-focused, commercial mindset.
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
- High degree of autonomy.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
