1. Promote and support Guerlain selling techniques to maximize sales potential in stores.
2. Ensure comprehensive onboarding for all new team members through an induction program.
3. Develop and implement a strategy tailored to the MEIA region's specific needs.
4. Act as an ambassador for Guerlain HQ Retail Education, elevating the brand's core values and vision.
5. Collaborate with regional category experts in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare.
6. Facilitate the creation of a Guerlain community through digital platform training on Brand DNA, novelties, and services.
7. Drive free services coaching in key locations and ensure coherence in the mystery shopping program.
8. Evaluate BC and store performance using Retail App and create action plans with SMART goals.
9. Organize training conventions to introduce novelties per semester.
10. Participate in key trade activations and peak periods to boost sales performance.
11. Gather feedback to assess training effectiveness and impact.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail education experience with international brands.
2. Experience in the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry and the region is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory; French is a plus.

2. Excellence in public speaking and leadership.
