- Develop innovative educational tools, including blended learning programs for Retail Excellence, Guerlain sales methodology, and luxury sales support.
- Test and optimize training tools in real-world scenarios.
- Conduct continuous research on best retail practices and emerging luxury customer experience trends.
- Collaborate with Retail teams to monitor KPIs related to education, such as Mystery Shopping and NPS.
- Support market training teams in analyzing the impact of their actions and developing improvement plans.
- Define, deploy, and track Guerlain's customer experience markers.
- Co-develop career paths for Guerlain sales advisors and manage the deployment of corresponding training programs.
- Co-organize annual international events, both in-person and digital.
- Animate and unite the community of trainers.
- Implement a continuous improvement approach based on market feedback.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in luxury retail, hospitality, or beauty.
- Solid field experience in sales with a strong understanding of retail KPIs and customer experience drivers.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in training facilitation and instructional design.
- Proven ability to collaborate within an international team with diverse stakeholders (headquarters, markets, retail).
- Strong affinity for digital tools and curiosity for learning innovations.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of another language is an advantage.
