Guerlain Retail Director

- Oversee and enhance the commercial performance of the Direct Retail network in France.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop associated action plans.
- Manage and ensure accountability for the P&L.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to define client strategies and trade plans for retail locations.
- Lead the Retail Performance team in analyzing commercial performance to implement effective action plans.
- Set and manage collective and individual sales objectives.
- Organize resources to achieve and surpass targets.
- Co-lead brand decision-making forums, including budget and strategic reviews.
- Ensure brand image and representation across the territory.
- Plan openings, closures, and renovations of retail locations in line with strategic growth objectives.
- Identify commercial development opportunities in collaboration with LVMH's real estate division.
- Ensure adherence to operational retail standards.
- Develop and monitor the roadmap for retail tool optimization.
- Manage relationships with department stores, including trade negotiations and performance reviews.
- Monitor CRM KPIs in collaboration with the Digital team.
- Define NPS and client satisfaction objectives.
- Develop clienteling strategies in line with international retail guidelines.
- Manage and develop the private client base, including VIC/VIP plans and B2B partnerships.
- Collaborate with HR to develop career paths and succession plans for Retail and Store Managers.
- Lead change management and the evolution of retail roles.
- Define training priorities with the Training Department to ensure a unique client experience.
- Maintain a positive social climate and dialogue with employee representatives.
- Oversee organizational structure discussions in alignment with brand strategy.
- 10 to 15 years of retail experience in perfumes, cosmetics, couture, ready-to-wear, or accessories.
- Proven experience managing large teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably from a business school.
- Ability to lead change management initiatives.
- Excellent 360° communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
