- Develop and implement retail strategies to enhance performance across Department Stores, Boutiques, and Multi-brand Stores.
- Lead retail operational activation with Area Managers at the Point of Sale level.
- Contribute to the expansion of Guerlain's distribution network, focusing on new market opportunities.
- Regularly visit stores to implement and refine tools and processes, ensuring alignment with Guerlain's retail standards.
- Collaborate with Area Managers, Store Managers, and other stakeholders to enhance retail team efficiency and client experience.
- Report directly to the National Sales Director, providing insights and updates on retail performance.
- Challenge and provide input on retail budget constructs, including sales objectives and key performance indicators.
- Analyze retail performance indicators and ROI of retail tools, coordinating with project leaders to develop action plans.
- Deliver Retail Scorecards and organize seminars to improve team performance.
- Ensure alignment with Guerlain's 360° Retail strategy and implement HQ guidelines in operated markets.
- Manage clienteling activation and collaborate with the Education Team on customer experience monitoring.
- Implement and train retail teams on Retail Excellence through specialized training modules.
- Business school degree or university degree in business management or engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a retail environment or consulting agency specializing in retail projects and tools implementation.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Strategic approach and business acumen.
- Excellent networking skills in a professional and intercultural context.
- Ability to motivate and lead diverse retail teams.
- Proactive mindset with a capacity for innovation and change promotion.
- Empathy and adaptability.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail or a consulting agency specializing in retail projects and tools implementation is required.
