1. Analyze retail performance to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable plans.
2. Support the development and implementation of programs to enhance store productivity and profitability.
3. Participate in the preparation of presentations for top management and contribute to strategic communications during Retail webinars.
4. Organize and facilitate visits for international partners at the Paris headquarters.
5. Assist in identifying and evaluating international expansion opportunities, analyzing geographic areas, market segments, and potential distribution channels.
6. Contribute to the preparation of dossiers for new store openings.
7. Draft monthly articles to engage the international Retail community.
8. Conduct in-depth competitive analysis on innovative practices of competitors, considering cultural specificities, and synthesize information for executive decision-making.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in business, marketing, management, or equivalent.
2. Strong observational and analytical skills.
3. Recognized for dynamism, listening skills, and relational intelligence.
4. Results-oriented with a strong customer service focus and proactive approach.
5. Meticulous and well-organized.

1. Fluent in English (oral and written).
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
3. Proficient in Power BI.
4. Comfortable with digital tools.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in business, marketing, management, or equivalent.
