Guerlain Retail Design Intern

- Develop design proposals and renderings, including technical drawings, in alignment with headquarters' guidelines and briefs from merchandising, commercial, and marketing teams.
- Adapt and implement design guidelines to meet the specific needs of various markets.
- Lead projects to ensure qualitative deliverables are achieved from inception to completion, under the supervision of the reporting line manager.
- Manage the development and updates of the CAD Library for store concepts.
- Collaborate with the Hard Merchandising team and Assistant Retail Design Manager to ensure flawless execution of counters, animations, launches, and permanent merchandising.
- Supervise project execution from technical drawings to installation, including sourcing, sample validation, prototyping, and quality control.
- Manage external suppliers to ensure all collaterals are produced according to standards and guidelines.
- Adapt the weekly newsletter from headquarters to local and regional contexts, in collaboration with the marketing team and Senior Manager.
- Attend team meetings to gain insights into strategic planning and provide thorough meeting minutes.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Business Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in design software such as SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complexity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
- Passionate about working in the luxury industry with exposure to diverse cultures and nationalities.

Beginner level experience, suitable for those currently enrolled in or recently graduated from relevant academic programs.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited program in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Business Marketing, or a related field.
