1. Conduct sell-out reports and analyses by counter and BC, tracking KPIs to support the Brand Manager in action plan development.
2. Propose monthly sell-out objectives and compile results to calculate incentive payouts.
3. Create and monitor promotions and activations, ensuring team visits and promotions are registered in retailer platforms.
4. Coordinate with Trade & CRM teams to create newsletters highlighting priorities and novelties.
5. Organize travel and accommodation for the retail team and validate their expenses.
6. Manage team calendars, including holidays and absences.
7. Support logistical organization of team meetings, including venue, tickets, accommodation, and agenda preparation.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Master’s in Retail Management.

1. Proficiency in Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong results and customer orientation.
3. Ability to translate numerical data into actionable plans.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and connect with people.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with a background in sales and customer service, is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Master’s in Retail Management.
