1. Analyze and report on Sell Out metrics by counter, tracking key performance indicators and devising action plans as necessary.
2. Coordinate field activities, ensuring Beauty Consultants are motivated and equipped with necessary materials for activations.
3. Compile monthly sales results to calculate and distribute incentives.
4. Collaborate with Trade & CRM teams to create newsletters highlighting priorities and new products.
5. Manage orders and promotional materials, supporting weekly orders for counters.
6. Register team visits and promotions on retailer platforms to ensure access to points of sale.
7. Organize travel and accommodation for the retail team, reviewing and validating expenses.
8. Monitor team calendars, including holidays and absences.
9. Assist in organizing team meetings, including venue selection, ticketing, accommodation, and agenda preparation.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Master's in Retail Management.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with a focus on sales and customer service.

3. Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate team members.
4. Fluency in Portuguese and English.
5. Proficiency in Office 365.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, specifically in sales and customer service roles with similar responsibilities.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Master's in Retail Management.
