1. Conduct sell-out reports and analyses, tracking key performance indicators and defining action plans as necessary.
2. Coordinate field activities through regular visits to points of sale, ensuring beauty consultants are motivated and equipped with necessary materials.
3. Compile monthly sales results to calculate incentives for the team.
4. Collaborate with the Trade & CRM team to create newsletters highlighting priorities and new products.
5. Manage orders and materials to support promotions and weekly counter orders.
6. Register team visits and promotions on retailers’ platforms to ensure access to points of sale.
7. Organize travel and accommodation for the retail team and review their expenses.
8. Monitor team calendars, including holidays and absences.
9. Support the organization of team meetings, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and agenda preparation.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Master’s in Retail Management.

4. Proficiency in Portuguese and English
5. Expertise in Office 365

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with a focus on sales and customer service, is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Master’s in Retail Management.
