1. Support the Commercial Team with daily tasks and initiatives.
2. Analyze retail performance through quantitative and qualitative reporting and KPI monitoring.
3. Collaborate with external agencies managing in-store presences, including handling requests, updating schedules, following up on KPIs, and organizing training sessions.
4. Monitor agency budgets, invoicing, and verify commercial team expenses under the supervision of the Sales & Retail Project Manager.
5. Update operational reports and presentations, including Sales Team Reports and commercial meeting preparations.
6. Coordinate commercial meetings and events.
7. Create a weekly newsletter for all departments.
8. Follow up on sales performance and promotional activities at key locations such as Galeries Lafayette Luxembourg and Inno counters.
9. Update sell-out results using Power BI.
10. Assist in managing product assortments, including tracking new and discontinued items and aiding in assortment rationalization.
11. Support distribution strategies by assisting with product catalogue differentiation.

1. Fluency in both French and English.

1. Excellent presentation and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
4. Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a hands-on approach.
5. Ability to work autonomously, learn quickly, and multitask effectively.
6. Strong team spirit.

Beginner level experience in retail or sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

A fully paid, 6-month internship program.
