1. Support the commercial team with day-to-day operations.
2. Analyze retail performance through quantitative and qualitative reporting and KPI monitoring.
3. Collaborate with external agencies for store presence management, including planning updates, KPI follow-up, and training organization.
4. Monitor agency budgets, invoicing, and commercial team expenses under the supervision of the Sales & Retail Project Manager.
5. Update operational reports and presentations, including Sales Team Reports and commercial meeting preparations.
6. Coordinate events such as commercial meetings and private sales.
7. Create a weekly newsletter for all departments.
8. Follow up on sales performance and animations at key locations such as Galeries Lafayette Luxembourg and Inno counters.
9. Update sell-out results using Power BI.
10. Assist in assortment management, including new product introductions and delisted items.
11. Support distribution strategies and product catalogue differentiation.

1. Fluency in French and English.

1. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
2. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong organizational skills and time management with a sense of priorities.
4. Enthusiastic, proactive, and hands-on mentality.
5. Autonomous, fast learner, and capable of multitasking.
6. Team spirit.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for an entry-level candidate.

6-months paid internship.
