1. Support the commercial team with day-to-day operations.
2. Analyze retail performance through quantitative and qualitative reporting and KPI monitoring.
3. Collaborate with external agencies for store presence, including managing requests, updating schedules, and organizing training sessions.
4. Monitor agency budgets, handle invoicing, and oversee commercial team expenses under the supervision of the Sales & Retail Project Manager.
5. Update operational reports and prepare presentations for commercial meetings.
6. Coordinate events such as commercial meetings and private sales.
7. Create a weekly newsletter for all departments.
8. Follow up on sales performance and animations at key locations such as Galeries Lafayette Luxembourg and Inno counters.
9. Update sell-out results using Power BI.
10. Assist in managing product assortments, including tracking new and delisted items and aiding in assortment rationalization.
11. Support distribution strategies by assisting with product catalogue differentiation.

1. Fluency in French and English.

1. Excellent presentation and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
2. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong organizational skills and time management with a keen sense of priorities.
4. Enthusiastic, proactive, and hands-on mentality with a willingness to take initiatives.
5. Autonomous, fast learner, and capable of multitasking.
6. Team-oriented mindset.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

The internship offers a six-month paid experience from July to December 2025, providing an exciting work environment with a positive team spirit. Interns will have the opportunity to be part of Guerlain's storied history and gain insights into the LVMH group.
