1. Develop and manage a responsible and ethical sourcing approach for natural raw materials and biodiversity-related actions.
2. Collaborate with perfumers, LVMH purchasing, and marketing teams to create a risk analysis matrix for supply chains.
3. Regularly monitor key performance indicators and analyze deviations from set objectives.
4. Oversee measurement and monitoring processes (UEBT, FFL, etc.).
5. Develop and implement action plans, including corrective measures, optimizing them based on feedback.
6. Conduct continuous research to identify innovative raw materials that reduce environmental impact for integration into sourcing.
7. Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to create a risk analysis matrix for each purchasing category.
8. Support the purchasing team by monitoring social and environmental audits and associated action plans.
9. Track responsible purchasing performance indicators for each category.
10. Propose and test new approaches to enhance the efficiency and impact of responsible purchasing.
11. Conduct biodiversity diagnostics on production sites and propose associated action plans.
12. Implement biodiversity labels (e.g., OFB's 'Entreprise Engagée pour la Nature', Oasis Nature).
13. Establish and maintain partnerships with targeted actors for bee preservation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent university degree with a specialization in agronomy.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing responsible purchasing and/or environmental/social certifications.

1. Strong autonomy and organizational skills to manage priorities and tasks proactively and rigorously.
2. Proficiency in natural material supply chains and their challenges; knowledge of beekeeping is a plus.
3. Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in numbers, KPI tracking, and synthesis.
4. Agility, curiosity, teamwork skills, attention to detail, persuasiveness, innovation, and adaptability.
5. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Minimum 5 years of experience in responsible purchasing management and/or environmental/social certifications, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with a specialization in agronomy.
