Guerlain Responsible Sourcing and Biodiversity Project Manager

- Develop and manage a responsible and ethical sourcing strategy for natural raw materials in collaboration with perfumers, LVMH purchasing teams, and marketing teams.
- Regularly monitor key performance indicators and analyze discrepancies from set objectives.
- Oversee measurement and monitoring processes such as UEBT and FFL.
- Develop and implement action plans, including corrective measures, and optimize them based on feedback.
- Conduct continuous research to identify innovative raw materials that reduce environmental impact for integration into sourcing.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to develop a risk analysis matrix for each purchasing category.
- Support the purchasing team by monitoring social and environmental audits and associated action plans.
- Track performance indicators for responsible purchasing across categories and propose new approaches to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Conduct biodiversity diagnostics on production sites and propose associated action plans.
- Implement biodiversity labels and establish partnerships focused on bee preservation.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent university degree with a specialization in agronomy.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing responsible purchasing and/or environmental/social certifications.
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and tasks proactively.
- Proficiency in natural material supply chains and related issues; knowledge of beekeeping is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a penchant for numbers, KPI tracking, and synthesis.
- Agility, curiosity, teamwork, attention to detail, persuasiveness, innovation, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Minimum of 5 years in roles focused on responsible purchasing management and/or environmental/social certifications, preferably in the beauty/luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with specialization in agronomy.
