- Ensure the execution of product registration and notification processes in Europe and internationally, adapting to complex regulatory environments.
- Serve as the primary contact for markets, including LVMH country networks, agents, and certification bodies.
- Maintain knowledge of international regulations across regions such as Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Latin America, North America, Africa, and Europe.
- Draft, prepare, and collect necessary documents for product registration, ensuring timely availability for subsidiaries and agents.
- Prepare registration and certification dossiers for non-cosmetic products, providing regulatory advice to developers.
- Participate in the development of new products for the Chinese market, in collaboration with R&D, Logistics, Quality, Marketing, and Purchasing departments.
- Prepare registration dossiers for the Chinese market, including formulas, ingredient lists, and specifications.
- Update registration tracking tables and regulatory catalogs.
- Monitor registration deadlines and ensure necessary documentation is provided for maintaining registrations.
- Secure registration dossiers in collaboration with teams based in China.
- Advanced scientific degree (Bac+5) with initial experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in the Cosmetic or Pharmaceutical sector.
- Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Meticulous and organized with a proactive approach.
- Strong critical thinking and operational excellence orientation.
- Autonomous with a customer service mindset.
- Comfortable working in a globalized environment.
- Adaptable to work on diverse projects in a dynamic setting.
Minimum of 3 years in Regulatory Affairs, ideally within the Cosmetic or Pharmaceutical industry.
Advanced scientific degree (Bac+5).
