- Ensure regulatory compliance of the product portfolio and validate communication claims and other regulatory mentions.
- Analyze marketing concepts and briefs to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
- Anticipate regulatory constraints by identifying various options and providing recommendations.
- Contribute to the success of international registrations by ensuring timely availability of specific information.
- Participate in the compliance of the product portfolio during regulatory changes.
- Serve as the scientific support for customer service, providing responses to consumer inquiries regarding ingredients and formulations.
- Advanced scientific degree (Master's level or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably within the Cosmetic or Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong interest in competitive intelligence, innovation, and claims.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Meticulous, organized, proactive with a well-developed critical sense.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and regulatory authorities, oriented towards operational excellence.
- Adaptability to work on various projects in a constantly evolving environment.
A minimum of 5 years in Regulatory Affairs, ideally within the Cosmetic or Pharmaceutical industries.
Advanced scientific degree (Master's level or equivalent).
Position based in Chartres or Paris with regular travel to the cosmetic site in Chartres and the headquarters in Paris.
