- Ensure regulatory compliance of packaging for international commercialization, adhering to marketing timelines and local requirements.
- Validate marketing communications related to packaging, including labeling, recycling instructions, and environmental claims.
- Monitor product portfolio compliance with biodiversity protection regulations.
- Oversee the collection and verification of supplier regulatory attestations for packaging materials.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure international compliance with recyclability, component separability, excessive packaging regulations, and extended producer responsibility.
- Maintain active regulatory monitoring in collaboration with the Scientific Direction and anticipate changes impacting packaging.
- Communicate regulatory impacts to internal teams, facilitating strategic alignment and decision-making.
- Advanced scientific degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Packaging.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Packaging Developer or Regulatory Affairs Specialist.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
- Ability to synthesize information and excellent analytical skills.
- Adaptability to work on diverse projects in a dynamic environment.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in packaging development or regulatory affairs.
Advanced scientific degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Packaging.
