1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values to clients and team members.
2. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
3. Contribute to the growth of sales and market share within assigned territories.
4. Conduct in-depth training sessions for team members on brand DNA and product knowledge.
5. Facilitate regional training sessions and support national training initiatives.
6. Coordinate and animate retail points of sale with targeted promotional activities.
7. Ensure adherence to internal processes, including stock management and merchandising standards.
8. Maintain active communication with sector managers and report on competitive activities.
9. Participate in sales seminars and training sessions as required.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Retail, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in retail, preferably within the luxury sector.
3. Intermediate proficiency in English.
4. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.

Entry-level experience in retail is expected, ideally within the luxury beauty sector.
