Guerlain Regional Project Manager

- Oversee and lead all phases of boutique construction and renovation projects across the Middle East, Africa, and India (MEIA), ensuring alignment with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
- Deliver and implement the brand's image across all points of sale, including permanent, semi-permanent, pop-ups, and temporary spaces.
- Lead and manage the visual merchandising team, ensuring effective execution of strategies across the MEIA region.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to develop visual merchandising guidelines.
- Develop and manage CAPEX budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Act as the key contact for HQ teams in Paris and markets across MEIA, ensuring seamless project alignment with business needs.
- Manage supplier relations, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to brand expectations.
- Conduct field visits to ensure brand image implementation and analyze competitor activities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of retail strategies and business plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail project management, including construction and renovation.
- Proficiency in Sketchup and Autocad.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
- Familiarity with CAPEX budgeting and financial management.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the MEIA region.
- Languages: English is essential; Arabic and/or French is beneficial.
Minimum 7 years of experience in retail project management, including construction and renovation.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
