Guerlain Regional Product and Planning Manager

- Implement international brand strategy and adapt it to local market specificities in collaboration with local Marketing Managers.
- Oversee Fragrance & Skincare categories and activations in the GEE region, including campaign preparation and analysis.
- Manage the 3-axis Promotion portfolio and Festival campaigns, ensuring operational monitoring and managing leftovers.
- Pilot product portfolio and assortment, monitoring sell-in/sell-out performance of launches.
- Ensure proper construction of subsidiary plans and compliance with investment priorities, focusing on trade marketing strategy and category budget.
- Develop a deep understanding of consumers and the global luxury market, analyzing competition and market data.
- Establish and maintain GEE product category vision and strategy, adjusting assortment per retailer/region.
- Monitor stock fulfillment in partnership with KAMs and Sales Team, managing supply and demand.
- Liaise with Central Forecast Management Team for Forecasts Modification Requests and ensure smooth departmental coordination.
- Oversee Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to drive revenue, profitability, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Team to manage marketing stock at third-party providers.
- Support GM GEE with analysis and recommendations on category development.
- Lead monthly meetings with local Marketing Managers and work cross-functionally with head office teams.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics or consumer goods/retail environment.
- Highly organized and structured work approach.
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are advantageous.
- Knowledge of FuturMaster is preferred.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
