- Oversee the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and visual merchandising elements to assigned retail locations.
- Regularly update e-retail platforms with new products, ensuring that all listings are accurate and current.
- Liaise with the Finance department monthly to ensure prompt and accurate invoicing and purchase order management.
- Collaborate with designated contractors to maintain physical counters in pristine condition, supported by the Hard Merchandise Team Leader.
- Maintain up-to-date records across all SharePoint channels, curating weekly updates for the global team in the format of reports.
- Engage proactively with APAC Merchandising Managers and Merchandise Executives to guarantee seamless operations during Counter Openings and Permanent Visual Merchandising implementations.
- Interpret and customize information from HQ’s Weekly Newsletter to fit local market nuances across all APAC regions, overseeing its distribution.
- Directly oversee external suppliers, including contractors, agencies, and vendors, to confirm that all marketing materials are produced cost-effectively and distributed accurately.
- Maintain an extensive database of counter operations, collaborating with various regional departments such as Marketing, Retail Operations, Training, and Supply Chain.
- Undergraduate or Graduate student from a reputable university.
- Experience in Data Entry or Data Input is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage complexity.
- International mindset with the ability to communicate with the Global Team in Paris and various leads in Asia.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office; Skills in PBI is a plus.
- Flexible approach to work, ability to support changing needs and demands.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Committed to achieving excellence in execution within the given time frame.
- Passionate about the Beauty industry and Luxury Panorama.
- Proficient in English, other language proficiency is an advantage.
