Guerlain Regional Marketing Intern

- Support launch preparation and strategy: coordinate with Marketing Managers to produce launch presentations, booklets, assortment analyses and product ordering documentation.
- Adapt international launch assets for APAC and Travel Retail, including localised visuals, translations, in-store retail-tainment concepts and locally produced collateral.
- Contribute to 360° launch platforms distributed to markets two months prior to launch and assist with preparation of launch collaterals such as video loops and translations.
- Perform post-launch reporting and ad-hoc business analyses, synthesising results into actionable recommendations for regional teams.
- Monitor competitor activity and market innovations, maintaining up-to-date briefings for the Marketing team on relevant launches and initiatives.
- Manage marketing operations and administration: prepare weekly and monthly newsletters for regions and HQ, coordinate dispatch of HQ and locally produced collaterals and manage product sample logistics.
- Available for a full‑time, six‑month internship (June/July – December 2026) within the APAC regional marketing team.
- Organised, autonomous and proactive with a demonstrable sense of initiative.
- Advanced analytical aptitude; data‑sensitive, logical and detail‑oriented.
- Curious, adaptable and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Enthusiastic about luxury cosmetics and comfortable operating in an international, cross‑functional environment.
- Previous experience or internships in beauty, luxury, FMCG or digital marketing is an advantage.

Entry‑level: suitable for candidates with little to no professional marketing experience; prior internships or exposure to beauty, luxury, FMCG or digital environments are advantageous.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
