Guerlain Regional Marketing Intern

- Coordinate with Marketing Managers to prepare launch marketing presentations, booklets, assortment analysis, and product orders.
- Adapt international launch packages for the Asia Pacific region, including retail-tainment ideas, local productions, translations, and visuals.
- Assist in the preparation of 360 launch platforms to be distributed two months prior to product launches.
- Conduct post-launch reports and ad-hoc business analyses with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor competitors' initiatives and provide updates on their launches and innovations to ensure the Marketing team is informed with the latest market insights.
- Compile and distribute weekly newsletters to all regions and monthly newsletters to headquarters.
- Prepare launch collaterals, including video loops and translations.
- Manage logistics such as the dispatch of headquarters and locally produced collaterals and product samples to various markets.
- Organized and autonomous with a strong sense of initiative and advanced analytical skills.
- Data-sensitive, logical, and detail-oriented.
- Versatile, curious, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Team-spirited with an international outlook and enthusiasm for luxury cosmetics.
- Previous experience in beauty, luxury, FMCG, or digital sectors is advantageous.
