1. Implement ISO 22716 certification on-site, conducting gap analysis and managing the PDCA cycle before and after certification audits.
2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in revamping cleaning validation monitoring tools, extending to Makeup and Central Laundry Workshop, integrating ERP/Excel data with Power BI reports.
3. Enhance Quality Assurance team tools, including trend indicators and environmental control reports.
4. Provide backup support for Quality Assurance Engineers in internal audits, deviation management, equipment qualification, and cleaning validation test monitoring.

1. Pursuing an engineering degree or master's with a focus on Quality Assurance in a cosmetics-regulated environment (ISO 22716/CSAR/cGMP).
